Orders of 1-3 pattern leaflets will be charged $3.00 for shipping to the US or Canada. I will adjust your invoice before requesting payment.
For those who are curious about what might appear to be a high shipping & handling charge for a pattern, the postage for a single pattern is $1.28; the protective mailer costs about $1.00; and the PayPal charges for a single pattern are about $0.48-0.54.
I will use the US Postal Service for all shipments; books will ship via Media Mail, and other packages will usually be sent via Parcel Post. If you prefer another shipping method, I will be happy to ship that way but I will have to charge you any difference in shipping cost.
*International shipment of books will be charged at actual cost.
Taxes
All shipments to addresses in California are subject to state sales tax, currently 8.75%.
Returns
I will accept returns of yarn that is in resellable condition up to one year after purchase. By resellable I mean that the ball band is intact, you have not written on the ball band, and the yarn is not stained or smelly. Postage is your responsiblity. Please contact me before returning yarn.
All sales of books and patterns, however, are final.
Damaged Shipments
I will replace any item that arrives in poor condition. Please save all packaging and contact me right away.
